Best Western hotels in White City

"The description of the room when we booked was “2 queen tree view” which implies a view of a park or green space. There were trees in view, but on the sidewalk of a fairly busy street which meant it wasn’t the quiet side of the hotel as we expected. The hotel was cute with extra touches like crisp folded towels, clean sheets and bedding, and a nice breakfast with real dishes in the morning. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and responsive at check in."

"Check in and the clerk is trying to figure out where the clean rooms are. We booked two queens got a king… bathrooms clean , windows looking out flithy as was the a/c would not turn on. Pillows and bedding really old.. just a tired hotel that has seen better days… decided not to. Stay for the breakfast…"

"Here’s a tightened version under 1500 characters: We stayed at Lithia Springs Resort previously during the winter and really enjoyed it, which is why we came back. We stayed in the same room again, Room 31, and originally booked 2 nights but added a 3rd because we bought groceries to enjoy the kitchen and wanted another sunny pool day. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We ended up leaving midday on the 3rd night because my wife couldn’t handle another night in the room with a 2 month old and a 2 year old due to the heat. In winter we never noticed because the fireplace kept the room cozy, but in warmer weather the AC barely worked and was not blowing cold air at all. We brought it up to the front desk and it was treated like this was normal. We were told maintenance would come the next morning, but nobody ever showed up. The pool and hot tub were also much dirtier than our last visit. We understand it’s outdoors with beautiful landscaping so leaves and bugs happen, but it felt like the pool needed more frequent cleaning and circulation throughout the day. Breakfast is an extra $5 in a cute outdoor area, but the food itself was underwhelming. The grounds are beautiful and the room was clean, but for these prices several things should be much better maintained."

"This place is the best!!! Very clean, there’s a tropical scent in the air which was amazing! Room was very nice, comfortable bed and great pillows! Love it has a bar/grill restaurant, the food was delicious! Free breakfast was amazing! Great place! We will be back! "

"Clean room. No black out curtains so woke up very early. Very loud with freeway noise and no attempts made by hotel to block the noise. No carpet on the floor so room Is very loud. "
