Great place for a visit with family. We enjoyed our stay. Had our own rooms and our own bathrooms which was perfect! The main living space was spacious and great for us to hangout in too. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Would return with family again.

Really appreciated having a kitchenette and laundry room within our suite! The hot tub and pool were also very nice amenities. The beds were super comfortable too. I don't think there is A/C though, so that's the one thing to keep in mind!

We had a lovely stay at the Horstman! The eight of us slept very comfortably, and the Front Desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side, but they’re perfect for relaxing and unwinding between activities. The parking accommodations were excellent, and the Village is just a short walk away, or you can take the free shuttle which was very convenient. If you’re planning to do some cooking during your stay, just keep in mind that you may want to bring your own condiments and aluminum foil, as these weren’t provided. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Location: The property is in a quiet location away from the main village but an easy walk. It is also only a short walk (10 min) to Lost Lake beach. Hotel: Clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a staff person in the lobby during the day. Rooms: One bedroom suite was well appointed and full kitchen with all you need for a short or longer stay. Parking: Free underground parking with a stall assigned to the suite. The only consideration you might have is that check in is 4pm and your codes will not work prior as the on-site staff don't seem to have access for early check in or parking.

The room was very nice and the furniture was comfortable, however I hadn’t realized there was NO air conditioning and that made it really hard to sleep. They did have fans available but it wasn’t enough for me. Check in was confusing with a lot of codes needed to park, use the elevator, get in your room, and my email was never sent so I felt very confused. We found room supplies limited (example no salt and pepper in the kitchen rooms, body wash was empty, only two towels) and it was challenging to get the staff to restock our supplies. The pool looked lovely and the bathtub was a great size. Balcony was nice. So I just had very mixed feelings about this stay!

The property was very nice and secluded, and the unit had a spacious layout that worked well for our family. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked very nice as well. The only negatives were that the property was a little farther from the village than we expected, although there is a free shuttle that runs to and from the village. The upside is that the location is much quieter, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The parking is incredibly tight, even for smaller vehicles, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. There are also no key cards, so you have to remember a 10-digit code to access most doors and the elevator. This was more of an inconvenience than a major issue. One of the highlights was that the property is only about a 10-minute walk to Lost Lake, which was beautiful and a great spot for paddling and swimming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: * apartment as described * bus stop basically at doorstep to the villages * close to plenty of walking trails Cons: * older building. Make sure you stay in highest floor unit. Anything lower and you hear “trampling” from those above. Kind of goes against the peaceful location … Tip: * Try Portobello cafe / restaurant for yummy baked goods. 15 min walk away, at Blackcomb village
