"The sheets were stained, the restroom had hair in tub from previous guest. The hallways smelled of stained carpet. "

"Staff is amazing all the Cleaning lady's, and all the front desk Mangers that work here all of them are so helpful and kind."

"The mattresses in the room I rented had bed bug covers over them and the blankets on the bed in the smoking room I was in those blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, the floor felt strange and damaged. This was room 209 upstairs. Other than that I have no complaints and those aren't complaints either but they are facts but my mood was good while I stayed for two nights."

"Noise was an issue, first night there was a fire sprinkler rattling very loud all night. Manager took of is and moved our room with accommodations. Next room had a strong fumey order from AC unit which in both rooms was excessively loud. A manger cam out to pool area and spent effort to make certain all the chairs were facing correctly, however he overlook or ignored the two 2'x2' boxes cause containing lunches of chicken which were overturned and chicken was laying poolside for hours. Gross. Made no sense of his decision to leave the food and straighten chairs. All said. A good hotel liked the roof top bar. Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy that. "

"Huge flea infestation in the room. Didn’t notice it at first and then looked down and they were jumping all over my socks and covered the floor. I had 51 bites in a short period of time. They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot"

"I came in very late and the employee was very helpful and checked me in quickly. Rooms were very nice and location was good. Will stay here again."
