Good value for staying the night before going fishing on the Hula Girl. Great covered area to set and visit right outside our rooms. Only issue was that we couldn't get the TVs to work in either of the two rooms.

No staff around. No go carts open sadly or anyone to run them. But rooms were clean and place was quiet with the exception of barking dog's. No guest amenities as we are generally used to but Overal decent experience for what we needed. Did have a little smell but thats to be expected in pet friendly rooms. Loved the outdoor sitting area. Will be really nice during warmer weather! We will be back again, but in a larger room next time. Its always a learning experience the first time at a new hotel. Beds and bedding were very comfy compared to our usual spot in town. Thank you!!

The price was right. It isn't far from town, we could have walked it. It is older but you can see where they have upgraded to nice clean tiles in bathrooms, beds a little hard altho, I did ok with my back. Bedding good, extra blanket was great. Only improvement might be new carpet. It is small with few tables, but it worked for us. Grandma and 3 teenage granddaughters.

Room stayed extra warm even though I turned the thermostats down all the way. Generally very clean and tidy with the exception of the kitchenette area and dishes. Particularly the coffee pot had burnt coffee in the bottom

It was quiet. Staff was great. The room was clean. Only issue we had was when turning the timer switch for fireplace if you turned the switch to fast it would make a loud noise that can be startling. Other than that everything was great.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom damp. No fire extinguisher in room. No TV remote until second night. No staff at counter after 5pm. Over priced at $140 per night. Property needs a lot of work.

Room was checked by manager before guests arrival. Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchenette sink and one on the shelf behind the door. And outside the room on the exterior outside wall. Remotes are on the microwave. Staff worked that night until 9pm.

I loved this place. Very quiet and comfortable. The room had a comfy couch and nice target cabin-like atmosphere. The only issue was the Wi-Fi service was very low and slow. Streaming any movies on computer was impossible. Still, if you don’t have much bandwidth needs, very recommended!

Great find, our room was huge and very comfortable. One of the best check-ins I've experienced, the lady that greeted us was very welcoming and had tips for places to see while we were there.

Having a jet tub and fireplace in your room for such a low price was an awesome surprise. Staff was super friendly. There is a go cart track off your balcony. I found it cool that it was. Super romantic though? Would depend on who your with. The jet tub was legit!

My husband and I love this place. It was a weekend gateway for us. The room was great. We snuggled up on the bed and watched tv. It was a relaxing thing to do even with the windows open and hearing go carts. The shower was spacious for a stand up. The check in host was very sweet and personable. The room needed dusted in certain areas (my only complaint) no ice maker so we had to go to the store. We love to have ice water. The bed was comfortable. The small refrigerator worked great for the drinks we needed cold. It even kept our bag of ice frozen. Room was clean and well kept

This neighborhood is expensive and taking a chance on a venue that's less expensive is risky. This motel was a great value and it was quiet and clean. Desk person was nice and accommodating even while she dealt with a rush of business. Decent pizza parlor only about a 5 minutes walk west. I would return next year.

Girl trip 2023
The trip was perfect it was a girls trip and breakers is just down the street from beach access and the marina you get all of the experience without the crowds. Alisa was very knowledgeable and so kind. Can't wait to go back next year.

The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. This appears to be a family friendly establishment, with rooms and common areas to meet the needs of families that travel, but it also offers enough peace and quiet to satisfy the grouchiest old geezer. Love the place...will stay again

We have stayed at this property in the past, and it is now under new ownership. Many improvements have been made and overall it is a clean and quiet place to stay. Staff was limited but very helpful and pleasant when available. My family had multiple rooms and all were clean. I don't have anything negative, but I would recommend updating the kitchen cabinets in the kitchenettes and black out curtains instead of vinyl blinds eventually. My adult kids had a blast on the gocarts out front. I would recommend and will stay again soon. Thank You!

The overall impression when I first walked in was great for an older motel. But after being in the room for a while i realized the room was warm with no air conditioning. A box fan was provided but wasn't much help.

For the price it was fair. The service was really friendly. The place is out of date which made the cleanliness poor. Also its like they didnt sweep or swiffer the floor it was dirty. The sheets were clean though. There wasnt much to do in the town besides the ocean. There werent many restaurants. The race track was closed when we were there. There was a cute little park in the back.

The outdoor covered seating with a big table and chairs was great, but the bird poop on the carpet was not vacuumed in the three nights we were there. Friendly woman running and go carts were great for families that stayed there.
