Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. I don't know if this is a corporate problem at Expedia but it's nearly impossible to get help. Check-in was a disaster. Everyone was having trouble checking in because it's not immediately apparent that you need to send them a copy of your government ID unless your checking messages on the Hotels.com ...
