We were traveling with our kids to go to the funeral of their grandpa - and one of the things we looked forward to was some pool-time, but the pool was under-construction and closed. I wish we were made aware of this beforehand. "

"Everything was great except for the pool. We were really looking forward to it due to the fun looking water slide. However, both the pool and hot tub were too dirty to use. You could see the build up on the bottom and the surface of the water was not clean. I have never experienced that at a Holiday Inn Express before."
