"The room itself was great... except they did not disclose that the terrace to my very expensive room has been closed since COVID and was bolted shut. They gave me a small discount and a bottle of champagne which was nice, but I booked this room specifically for the terrace. So very upsetting. "

Final fake: if you won't be in the hotel much and want to enjoy all the NYC sites by foot, I would recommend."
