"So pleased! The standard room felt luxurious! From the large sleeping area, large bathroom and vanity to the super soft sheets and firm but not too firm bed. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick. Excellent location for the 5 minute walk to Citizens bank park and Lincoln Field. Felt completely safe during this stay. "
"It's probably important to mention when your visitors are to arrive and they are parking that they have to pay the meter so they don't get a ticket. As an out of towner who does not have meters where we live was unaware of that which resulted in a ticket. But other than that loved our stay. Will be back for sure! "
"This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!"
