"Beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature, with amazing rooms and a breakfast of a very high standard. However, the grounds and overall maintenance do not reflect the level expected from a Relais & Châteaux or Michelin Key property. There were dry leaves and weeds throughout the territory, and several trees appeared infested or dying. "Amazing stay, with great and attentive staff. Beautiful property, which overlooks the ocean and you can watch the surfers whilst eating breakfast etc. Would recommend!"

"Great location and hotel design but terrible terrible terrible customer service because the hotel management is sorely lacking any systems to ensure a good stay. There are so many issues here - the staff don’t seem to care, drink and food orders never arrive, despite repeated requests and even the offers of free food from management to address the issues experienced didn’t arrive. Many customers are experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the cost, stay elsewhere! "

"Superior Kamer met zeezicht , reeds een jaar van te voren, geboekt/betaald. In plaats van zeezicht hadden we 3 palmbomen voor de kamer staan. Eten/buffet was koud en goor. Waardeloze bedden. Slechte service. Jachthonden die op geld uit zijn.Het in zee zwemmen voor het hotel, is levensgevaarlijk ivm een sterke stroming vanuit de rivier. "
