In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."
