"Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "

"Front staff are so helpful. Love staying there. Every room has kitchen and living room. The lobby is big and comfortable to kill time or have conversation with family and friends. Love the shops."

Our curtains had water stains like the room had flooded and there was repairs around the AC unit that looked like a novice had fixed them. The building and room was clean. The hot tub was not hot, so I'm assuming it was broken. "

"Everything was great! We had a tornado warning that night and everyone was concerned about where to go and the staff at the front desk told us to stay in our bathrooms, or if we wanted to we could get in the laundry area."
