"We received a message right before our reservation saying the hot tub was closed, the pool water was ok, but then there was an accident in the pool. They “cleaned it out” but I was not ok with swimming in it afterwards. The lady in the front desk sat in her seat to where no-one could see her and didn’t offer to help anyone until the gentleman standing was backed up to the door. We had early check in available for us and when we got there they told us we had to wait another hour. Also, there is a shuttle to take you back and forth to Mall of America and the airport (free). We went took it to Mall of America l, but when we wanted to come back we called the hotel and they put us in route to be picked up, they said it was only going to take 30 mins but after waiting 1 hour we decided to walk back to the hotel (15min walk but we had out 2 young children with us so it was a pain. The shuttle showed up to the hotel when we got back and still didn’t make it to the mall because they were too busy running back and forth to the airport (I watched the gps of the shuttle and they went to airport 2xs and never to the mall) "
"The staff was amazing, very helpful and wanting to make sure everything was good with our stay. But we attended the social setting where we sat and visited with some friends ordered food to be delivered to the table we were at. In order to get a drink at the bar you waited in line forever as 1 person was basically bartending. Then food was 15 minutes later then we were promised. We ordered pizza that came out to us uncut so had to be taken back to kitchen to be cut. So by the time we were able to eat our pizza it was no longer hot. Manager said they would take care of the pizza it’s been almost a week and still nothing. It was close to the target center but I don’t know if I would choose to stay there again."
