Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
10/10 Excellent
"Beds were so comfy, room was so clean and spacious, bathrooms need lots of love extra cleaning attention especially that tub. But over all staff was friendly I’d come again for future vacations "
"Clean room-very clean, but does not have a microwave.
Staff-was pleasant, welcomed me, but failed to explain which floor I was on. I did know the room number. Had to come back down the escalator to find out (was my first time staying there).
Shops nearby-Mall of America, what more can I say. Plenty of shops and places to eat minutes walking distance from your room. There’s also a IHOP across the street, and a IKEA a Uber drive away. Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1.2 miles away.
Air conditioning-only goes up to 76 degrees, but works well.
Convince is what you are paying for when you rent these rooms."
"Went with our group, everyone’s room was ready except ours for some reason, waited 3 hours for our room then we were told the room is still not ready, was given a different room witch was not clean, lamp broken in liv room and had a bad smell like mold or something! Not happy with this hotel "
"This was our second time staying at this hotel and I can honestly say that this is one of the only hotels that my wife and myself will choose to stay at. The staff is great, the restaurant is amazing and also has great staff as well!
There was a bit of miscommunication when it came to the parking and the added on extra that Expedia offered for (Breakfast for two), but the front desk agent Zac went above and beyond to try and make it right. He helped make our experience even better and treated us like family. This is a main reason we will be staying here more in the foreseeable future. Thank you for a great experience Zac and the Royal Sonesta staff. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"We couldn’t sleep either night we stayed there due to construction right outside the hotel. The staff said they weren’t aware which is possible but it kept our whole family up all night. That really made a negative impact on our get away. We asked to be moved but they wouldn’t move us. I have yet to hear if we will be reimbursed for the terrible stay. "
"Hotel was average. What brought down the rating was there is no hotel/free parking - it’s all city street or ramp parking. It’s $30/night. There’s also not continental breakfast, just breakfast in the restaurant which was overpriced. "
