"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."

"We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. Our stay was especially incredible thanks to the staff (restaurant, housekeeping, landscaping, help desk,etc) who never failed to put a smile on our faces and attend to any of our needs. "The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....

"DO NOT STAY HERE, after 15 years using Expedia this is my first negative review. The water park onsite is CLOSED until further notice, there is no mention of this on the website, the children’s pool is CLOSED for maintenance, the main restaurant is CLOSED. Elsewhere there was no hot water in the showers (reported many times), food takes over an hour in poolside restaurant (not great with kids), many villas are being renovated so expect lots of workman (smoking) and noise, breakfast is very...
