"Lodging was ok, nothing fancy. An older building. Clean enough, but the carpet was sticky, air conditioner didn't work, so the room was a bit stuffy. On the other side, the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good. I liked that you could walk almost everywhere in the town."

"Great place to stay. It far exceeded my expectations. Its literally 5 mins from Downtown Banff but gives you a true mountain experience. The views from the room (if you get mountain facing) and Hot tub are phenomenal!!"

"Quaint, rustic, slightly outdated kitchen but was helpful to have a kitchen. Great location. LOVED the 4 free shuttle routes. It made sightseeing so easy!"
