"We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The staff welcomed us. Our room was on the 6th floor. Our room had a bad food sell, and the sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The walls were dirty. The wifi didn’t work in the 6th floor, which was an issue as I had a present to complete. I was able to work in the lobby - the wifi was fine there. I left 1/2 a slice of Starbucks banana bread on the nightstand, when I woke up it was covered in tiny red ants. The bar soap was so dry, it took...

"The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was there for one night so didn’t need any kitchen items but it seemed well stocked. I spoke to staff a couple of times and person was very helpful. Restaurant in building was very good. Location is great…near restaurants, coffee shops & public transportation."

"Room had multiple issues and when we asked them to clean they did and left a spray bottle with cleaner in our bathroom."

"Room was pretty bad, wall paper coming of the wall, Mold in the bathroom with paint coming off the ceiling. Shower head floating on the pipe and moved around in the large hole it came out of. Couch was missing and was not corrected by staff nor any type of compensation for the problem with the room. Basically and $125 room that they were charging over $300 for. Won’t stay there again. "

"We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room. Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. "This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again"
