"The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property right on the river. The outdoor space with different seating options is great. The hotel and property were very clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was also very comfortable. The only issue is the lack of soundproofing. We had a room that was right near the lobby and you could hear literally everything."

"We stayed for a long weekend in early May and it was pretty quiet. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping did an amazing job with our room. I appreciated the cabinet of extra towels and toiletries that are complimentary for guests and it was also so nice to have a water filter station in the lobby! We really liked the location and how we were able to walk to so many stores and restaurants in town. The noise level could be better, but it was to be expected as our room was not attached to the inn. We just turned on the fan for some white noise.
About 1-2 hours after checking out, I got a call from the inn, as we had accidentally left a personal item behind. Thank you for being so attentive with us! "

"Great staff and area! The hotel personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. The area was clean, safe and close to restaurants and a shopping center. However, the room had a coffee maker with coffee and sugar but no bottles of water. Most hotels give two bottles of water to make coffee. The elevator and passageways had a funny smell, like dirty water or mop. The room also looked empty, with no place to put clothes or things other than the bed. It is still a good place and decent room. "

"I paid a lot of money roo stay here to use the pool with my grandchildren and after I checked in, they told me the pool was totally empty at this time I couldn’t even find another hotel within a reasonable price so I have a waste of time and money. You should’ve gave me a complete refund. I was very disappointed. "

"One of the best places we’ve been so far and we do travel alot.. Mark was exceptional, very friendly and professional. The staff was sublime. The property was so beautiful and clean with amazing views. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Lots of tv channel options as well. Beautiful sound of the river flowing and hearing the owls at night was sooo soothing. We love this place and we will be back! Oh ya and the breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. I recommend 100%!"
