Staying here was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to DC. The staff were phenomenal, giving me incredibly useful advice and answering all my questions. Good location for Nationals Park and Metro. We found the property to be clean. The staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. A bar on the rooftop deck would be great. Breakfast was a little frustrating because it was only from 6:00 to 9:00 so everyone seemed to come at the end. They should extend it to 10:00. Valet staff was quick and friendly.

The hotel was great, staff was wonderful. Our rooms ac thermostat wasnt working when we got there and we called to have it fixed and it was a matter of minutes when they arrived to fix it. All the Staff we encountered (especially Lauryn) were welcoming and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Nice Wednesday evening snacks and convenient Breakfasts. Very close to Metro stop, Nationals Ballpark and lots of Restaurant and treat options within easy walking distance.

Check in was easy. Room was clean, pillows need replaced. They finally cleaned the room after 5 nights even thiugh it said every other day. Breakfast was just ok. Same thing every day. 6 to 9 everyday but if you want waffels better get there before 830 as they close the station and you will have tp settle for ego frozen waffels. Some people take,advantage of it and stock up for snacks through out the day from breakfast supplies. Also the hotel is right across the street from the metro station.
