Was a nice update hotel. Some minor issues like shower water leaking out on bathroom floor and bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close all the way. Overall its location is great and rooms were clean.

Great location - minutes from VA which is what I needed - pretty drive in. Definitely a hidden gem within a neighbor! The staff waa friendly....after hours parking was easy (shockingly!)

The room was clean, and the property is conveniently located near major landmarks in downtown. However, I was disappointed by the parking situation, it's very expensive, and if you try to park elsewhere, there's a high risk of being towed. Additionally, the noise level was an issue; I could hear people both outside and in neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax.

The ark hotel is where I will always stay when visiting the george washington university for moving or move out for my daughter period this was now our sixth stay and it's always lovely.The staff remembers up and we definitely have vip status, which I appreciate.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and we were able to walk to the monuments. Having a little convenience store with some basics and food was helpful, as was being able to fill up my water bottle daily. A great value overall!

Location and Great Service

I stayed here because of the location near the Metro and the Kennedy Center, and it was great. (The weather however sucked, I walked through ankle deep water to get to the Kennedy Center druing an epic thunderstorm.) The staff was helpful with suggestions for breakfast out. Checkout was a breeze.
