"There is no swimming pool When you first look at the hotel advertised it show you a pool"

"The night staff was helpful since I had to come down multiple times because the phone in my room did not work. At checkout the morning staff is very rude. The housekeeping manager is very rude and lied stated first I was smoking in the room. Then stated an excessive cleaning fee of $150. When I call requesting the general manager name and email the front desk hung up on me several times. My room phone did not work and was missing button. The walls were dirty and the tv was glitching. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The bags provided for the trash can was paper thin and easy to break. This was my first and last stay! I would not recommend this property to anyone. "

"The service before check in was great! Staff were friendly from the moment I booked until check out . They prepare both rooms next to eachother as requested since we were a big family with kids, the pool could be better supervised, no life guard , parents leave their kids alone at the pool , kids running around and slipping , lots of splashing from unsupervised kids, and the hot tubs was flooded with kids and no adults could get in the pool itself was great I love the it had a toddler section / shallow space . Parking was easy and included!! Breakfast was limited but greatly appreciated"

"Pool and dining were under construction. Breakfast for two ($40) in the makeshift lobby restaurant was awful and while the servers were nice, they were disorganized, slow, and forgetful. When we asked for recommendations for a place for dinner all we were told was Ruth’s Chris- which was disappointing and overpriced."

"Good basic hotel. Clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. My one complaint: the gym has two treadmills, a stationary bike, and an elliptical, but none of them work. So, don't expect to be able to do a workout. "

"Pros: There were no bugs, honored my Expedia booking with no problems. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean, has mini fridge, microwave, gym, and laundry. Plus it was close to Princeton University. Cons: Paid too much for them not to clean my room or take out my trash, and there is no safe in the room, which I prefer. Also the closet doors did get stuck in the railing which is tricky to slide open, as they are glass mirror doors, and I was afraid it would fall on me. "
