This is really an apartment, not what I would call an aparthotel. The apartment is new and nice, but the lack of AC is a significant drawback during hot days. There plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The part that we didn’t like was the less than perfect communication for non-Polish speakers. I recommend the owners to provide clear instructions on how to enter the building and the apartment (the menu at the interfon is only in Polish). The instructions should also make it cleat that garbage won’t be taken out, etc. All in all, the experience can be good, if the communication is improved.

What a find!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. What a find!

Sehr gutes Appartment jedoch ist der Check In etwas komplizierter. Der Check in findet an einer anderen Adresse statt und um dort erstmal ins GebĂ€ude zu kommen muss man erstmal mit einem Code klingeln und dann kommt man erst ins GebĂ€ude. Der Code steht aber nirgendwo so dass wir gezwungen waren anzurufen. Das bereitgestellte Passwort fĂŒr das Wifi passte garnicht fĂŒr dieses Appartment. Wir mussten erstmal das richtige Signal finden und haben uns dann das Passwort aus der Horizonbox genommen.

ByƂam w Warszawie i to naprawdę fajne miejsce – bardzo bezpieczne, czyste i godne polecenia. Z caƂego serca mogę wysƂać swoją rekomendację. Na dole znajduje się cudowna pani, ktĂłra prowadzi bakery z pysznymi, ƛwieĆŒymi kanapkami – warto sprĂłbować! Na pewno jeszcze tu wrĂłcimy.

Members of staff were so friendly and going extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is kid friendly (we travelled with two small children) and a cot was provided. Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, 5 minutes walk to metro, trams and busws. Thank you for everything, we would love to stay with you again :)

The dishwasher and stove were not working, after the complain the reception responded there is nothing they can do about it (maybe offer change of apartment? Or informing service team? Or offer a discount?) Very disappointing, clearly the next guest checking in will have broken appliances as well...

Fint nok , men sidste gang jeg tager derhen ogsÄ tag det en evighed og finde parkning . men mangle pÄ kommunikation , ingen fortÊlle dig hvor du smider dit skrald eller hvordan du check ind eller ud , og deres senge er de vÊrste senge man kan sove pÄ for 200kr-300kr mere kan man sove pÄ et 5 stjerne hotel med bedre service og renlig samt kommunikation .
