"Lovely hotel to base yourself for peppa pig world. The pool was a bonus on arrival while waiting for dinner time. Changing facilities could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Breakfast had good choice. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Black out curtains helped with toddlers sleeping."

Staff were fantastic, the hotel was very clean and they had provided extra fans to keep rooms cool and The rooms were spacious, however some of the bathrooms dated as well as corridors etc of the hotel. "For a budget room this was ideal. Compact but clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location as could walk into Southampton centre and the docks. Continental breakfast but enough variety to fill you up. On arrival we was greeted by Simon on reception who was extremely helpful and polite and gave some excellent local knowledge for walks on the docks and other areas, thank you."

"Stayed prior to a cruise. Great location. Really comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast buffet with good variety. One elevator was out of service during our stay which made things a bit painful considering the number of guests at the hotel."
