"Hotel was clean and modern - well positioned for the airport (approximately 10 minute shuttle ride away) and the convention center (5-7 min walk). It strangely seemed a bit unprepared for the number of people there (multiple conferences going on at once) -- room wasn't ready for check in until almost 8pm, tight seating in public areas and coffee shop. Once I was able to check in, my room was clean and smelled great. I was on the 3rd floor facing the internal lobby and I will say that the lobby sounds were evident in my room until about 11pm and then again around 7am. I do not consider myself overly sensitive to sounds - so just something to be aware of. Team was friendly and already responded to comments about the late room readiness and lobby sounds. I would definitely stay again, but would ask for a room on a higher floor!"
