Wang Phai Packages (Flight + Hotel)

First time staying at Westgate and will stay again. Opted for an upgraded room and had a great view of the strip. Walkable to the Convention Center & Las Vegas Festival Grounds. We had a car this trip and parking was super convenient. Loved the rain shower and beds were comfy.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The spa was top notch - best massage I’ve ever had and the Roman baths are a must. The pool was wonderful and all of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. There was a tick layer of dust (years worth) on the phone, the blow dryer had so much dust in it that it barely worked (and I cleaned it out myself for the next guests), and the bathtub jets had obvious residue around them. The beds were clean though, most importantly, and they were extremely comfortable. Despite the need for a deep clean, it was still a great hotel and I would stay there again.

I liked the parking and the food and drink voucher the most.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The room bathrooms are looking worn and only 2/3 elevators were working on the Nobu wing.

Wish there were more affordable spots for breakfast and lunch inside the hotel. There was only a café.
