"We booked the volcano panorama villa, and I'm so glad we did, because the weather was too cold to use the main pool which isn't heated. The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. We took the free shuttle to the lake and the wangiri picture spots, the guide took amazing pictures, and then took us to an extra location which was a coffee plantation, they gave us free tasting of all their teas and coffees. "We had a wonderful stay! The Homestay is set in the mountains with the village just down the hill. We felt welcomed into the home and the village. The property overlooks a lovely rice field and the mountains. The room was clean and tidy. Motor bikes and tours are able to be setup at the property. "It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali."

"De villa was heel proper en met een mooi zicht. Ideaal om tot rust te komen. Wat wij, een jong reizend koppel, wat nadelig vonden was de ligging van de villa. Dit was zeer afgelegen waardoor je niet zo vlot ergens heen kon. Taxi’s zijn beperkt of best duur… Ook hadden we geen warm water. We raden aan om iets in de buurt te eten want de menu is eerder beperkt en niet erg vers."
