The listing also stated that service animals are exempt from fees, yet I was charged $35 per day for my small Chihuahua, despite the booking page indicating a $30 daily rate. In total, I was charged $70 for my service pet. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout the stay. The property was very noisy, with people blasting music from their cars in the parking area day and night, causing the walls to vibrate and disrupting any sense of peace. The room itself was unclean and had ants."
