"The rooms are ready for some TLC. The carpets in both of our rooms were filthy and the paint is chipping off of the walls. It was unfortunate that the water dispensers on each floor were empty both times we stayed there this month. It was nice that there was a shuttle to and from the airport be be aware that it is not available all day. Our flight arrived in Frankfurt at 11:30am and the shuttle had already left so we were stuck at the airport until 4:30pm when the shuttle service resumed. The last shuttle to the airport from the hotel leaves at 10:30am so if you have a flight mid afternoon you will find yourself having to wait in the airport for many many hours. "

"The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but the location and price was convenient since I only needed a quick rest before my early flight. The airport shuttle bus was very convenient. "

"On both Monday and Tuesday evenings the 23 hour cafeteria was closed. In Wednesday it was open but in serving pizza. Very disappointing as they have a large screen in the cafeteria advertising their new menu and the various options which are meant to be available. When I arrived on Monday evening there was A queue of around 20 people waiting to be checked in and only 2 members of staff on hand to check in customers. Shame as, otherwise, this was a decent hotel."
