"Room was filthy, beds were clean, pull out couch was unfit to be called a bed with its 2 inch spring matress. Kitchen was dilapidated and the cupboards were falling apart. Frig was broken. Sinks took forever to drain. Fast elevator. The walls were dirty and damaged. When we checked in we were told that any damages to the room would result in charges. I took pictures of everything. The bathroom was nasty. The cupboard in the bathroom was moldy from clear water damage. The tub stopper was broken and when we used our water, the workout room below us would leak from the ceiling. They tried to blame us for "overfilling" the tub causing the leaking but we had just gotten into the room. We only stayed there because it was cheap through Hotels.com."

"Room smelled like old cigarettes, everything was dingy. Maintenance took up the halls during the day. Only nice part is that it was close to another place in the city I needed to be. Next time i’m staying Downtown."
