"When we checked in there was no one at the desk which required us to wait for several minutes. The bed frame had a piece of it sticking out the side on which my wife cut her leg. The breakfast wasn’t bad, however all they had to drink was coffee or hot tea. They had cereal which meant there had to be milk somewhere. It took a trip to the front desk to ask about it. The desk attendant went to get someone from the kitchen staff who finally brought out a few cartons of milk. The hotel wasn’t bad overall but for the price this was a highly disappointing experience. Would not recommend."

"We booked online. When we saw "by Wyndham" we associated that with good quality. I called the contact number provided online multiple times prior to arrival. No one ever answered and the call was repeatedly dropped. Upon check in, I asked about it and was provided with a completely different number. The main lobby entrance outside door was propped open. The room was clean and ok. The toilet seat was very loose. We asked to borrow a screw driver so we could fix it. The desk clerk came to our room and tried to fix it. The fix was very short lived. There was some type of smoke detector? dangling from our ceiling. The door on the ac controls was broken and fell off when we opened it. Outside our window was a rusted old storage shed and an overgrown flowerbed with no flowers. The sidewalks were partially blocked with overgrown bushes. The outside entrance was not secure even though there was a slide bar for the room key. The nuts and bolts of the lock were missing. Anyone could walk in. Advertised "Breakfast" consisted of a very minimum continental type breakfast. Unfortunately, our stay was poor overall quality and we were disappointed."

"I just want to note some things about the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival. There is a hole in the wall on the wall behind the room door. A piece of the front door is missing when entering the room. There was something red in the wall to the right upon entering the door. The bathroom floor and lower wall has lots of wear and tear. Nice size spider web on the wall next to my bed. For 1 night at $190 I would expect a better experience. I’ve been in communication with staff and they gave 20% refund $38 off $190??? I’m still waiting on a response because at least half on the refund would be an acceptable start."
