"The staff here were wonderful! They were so accommodating to us and for that alone I’d love to give 5 stars, however we were pretty disappointed when it came to the pool and hot tub. Both were quite dirty along with the area around it and the pool was FREEZING cold. Our room was clean and they allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated!! If the pool isn’t a deal breaker for you then I 100% recommend this place and I would probably stay here again!"

If you're primarily staying in Richmond this is a great spot for families with nearby restaurants and attractions. This hotel would be a bit too far if most of your activities are in Vancouver."

"Close to the airport-very expensive stay after air Canada cancelled our flight. They have a shuttle to the airport and we could have been picked up but when we called them they said they did not have one! We confirmed with the front desk after our arrival that they do indeed have an airport shuttle. We paid for an Uber to the hotel ! We even confirmed that we called the correct number by reviewing phone records with them. We were able to use the shuttle in the morning to return to the airport which we appreciated tremendously. It was also nice that they served breakfast in the morning."
