You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "

We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant was open and served a wonderful dinner. If we plan to go back to Germany we certainly will visit here again as it was one of our favorite stays. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Wunderschönes uriges Hotel im typischen bayrischen Stil gehalten . Pool war angenehm und bei einer unglaublichen Aussicht konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Frühstück war essenziell gehalten , aber mit lokalen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service war toll und wir haben uns erholen können . Klare Buchungsempfehlung."

"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."
