"There was a problem with Expedia. We had booked for 2 adults and 1 child. For some reason, Bryan and Margaret did not receive the 1 child (11yo) information. Everything was great! If boiled eggs and small yogurts could be added to what is already provided ror breakfast, it would be great! Bryan and Margaret were great and friendly. We will stay there again if we are in Auckland again,"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Arluxia. The location was perfect, a two minute walk to Ponsonby Rd and all it has to offer, and we went down to the Viaduct for an evening, less than a 10 min drive. Amenities we loved; parking, laundry, kitchenette setup (kettle, mini fridge, utensils, dishware, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine…) The view from our room was great, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck while taking in the view. "This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM! "
