"Our stay at Novotel had its positives, but overall the property is in need of some serious maintenance. The rooms felt quite tired, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. In our room, the windows had black condensation stains, and both the furniture and bathroom looked dated and worn. The facilities, including the pool, also didn’t feel well maintained and could definitely use some attention. On the plus side, the location is excellent, and we really appreciated the kids’ room—it was a great touch for families. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, which made a difference to our experience."

"Wow! What a fantastic holiday park. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍 The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them. Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern. Will we be back absolutely!! "The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again."
