"“We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to all amenities. Most of the concierge staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us spoke very quietly, making it difficult to understand, and avoided eye contact, which came across as dismissive. It left us feeling uncomfortable and was not the level of service we experienced from the rest of the team. With more consistent communication and attentiveness during checkout, this would have been a perfect stay.”"

"The front desk rep (Cecillia) was outstanding. We arrived 4 hours before chech in. We prepared to sit and wait when I mentioned my husband had just finished medical attention. Without being asked she worked her magic and we got a room immediately. We were flying home the next day and with a 11:00 checkout time we would have been waiting 10 hours at the airport but Cecillia let us remain in the room until 6 pm for a reasonable fee so we arrived at the airport just in time to make our flight which meant my husband coukd remain in bed. Yes the hotel and furniture are beyond tired (but clean) and yes the freeway noise is definitely there but Cecillia excelled in kindness. Thank you Cecillia."

"This hotel was great! We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. I honestly don’t think the breakfast was worth it they only had three options for like $55 for two people so I would skip that. But they offered Lei making and ukulele lessons which was super fun!"

"We had a "City View" room, yet we were looking at a very rough neighborhood apartment complex across the street from our room. That is the only view of the "City" we had. Also, during our stay in the lobby, three employees (we were told), were yelling and screaming from the office (loudly) that they wanted their paychecks. It was kind of scary because one of the employees was extremely large like an NFL linebacker. I can't blame them if they were upset for not being paid, yet as a guest in the hotel, the whole scene (yelling, cussing, etc.) was uncomfortable to say the least."
