"Pleasant clean room. I good location for walking to cafes and other Central Hamilton locations such as museum - and close to a stop on the convenient “Meteor” frequent bus route. Helpful, friendly staff."
"There was a parking space of 5 but 3 cars took up all the space, I complained at the property and asked if they could ask the guest to move vehicles so others could park and I had a elderly lady with me. but weren’t being accommodating, and she said we had to make the complaint through Expedia since we booked through here overall perfect comfy stay and nice hotel"
