"The room I stayed in was one of the older ones, so I wasn’t too thrilled with the setup, especially coming by from the hotel I stayed out before."

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The resort was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every request we made was taken care of promptly, and the attention to detail throughout our stay made us feel so special. From the comfortable beds to the staff remembering our names, it was clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including stuffed animals for our children, a birthday note, and a special dessert to celebrate. We also loved the privacy light option and how our room was refreshed daily, with little details that made each day feel special. There were only two minor issues during our stay: an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a sink knob that kept getting stuck. We would also love to see more dining options available, particularly for breakfast. Overall, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. The level of service and personal attention truly stood out, and we would absolutely stay at the Four Seasons again!"

Prince Waikiki

Prince Waikiki

"I loved that every room had an ocean view w/o having to pay "extra" for it. I felt pampered with the complimentary reusable water bottles and beach tote bag. The in-room slippers and robe gave it a spa feeling. The infinity pool is a lovely spot for watching sunsets while sipping mai tais. Location is within walking distance to the Ala Moana beach (less crowded than Waikiki beach) and the Ala Moana Center (for great and reasonably priced food options and shopping). I didn't miss staying in Waikiki "proper". While I didn't know about the resort fee until after my booking, it includes some great benefits like free audio tour to Iolani Palace and other tourist locations, so take advantage of it. The only thing that bothered me a little was the elevator: it jumped suddenly one time I got in, but the rest of the trip was ok. I'd gladly return to Prince Waikiki. Mahalo."

"The property was fine for my stay I did not buy an upgrade room and the room assigned was facing the nimentz highway which was very noisy. I suggest avoiding rooms on the 100-200 area. The property offers free breakfast so don’t oversleep as it only open 7-9 am"

Pagoda Hotel

Pagoda Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The lobby is open air and captures the feeling of Hawaii with the trade winds keeping it cool. It is air conditioned in the rooms. The new decore is very nice both in the rooms and the lobby. We used the little swimming pool often both to swim or to sit beside to read or chat. There is lovely landscaping with waterfalls and koi ponds that you can meander through on your way to the excellent breakfast that the hotel provides for your stay. The staff is excellent! They will address any need or concern you might have. There is a little convenience store that has a outstanding assortment of ramen noddles and a machine to cook it all up. The location is near restaurants and stores galore. The Pagoda is also near Ala Moana Beach Park which is a beautiful location for swimming, walking or watching the sunset. Although the Pagoda is in a city location it provides an oasis of calm and beauty."
