We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay.

Sharah Luxury Camp offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Wadi Rum! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramic views of the desert mountains by day and dazzling stars by night—just like in the photos. Our luxury tent was impeccably clean and felt like a true desert oasis. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff; they were super helpful, attentive, and ensured we felt welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a mix of adventure and comfort in Jordan's incredible desert landscape!

We had a fantastic stay at Sharah Luxury Camp in Wadi Rum. The camp offers a unique combination of comfort, great atmosphere and authentic desert surroundings, making it a perfect place to experience Wadi Rum. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The camp manager helped us organize an unforgettable tour of the Wadi Rum desert, during which we were able to admire a breathtaking sunset over the red sand and rock formations. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed in one of the “Martian” capsules, which was a great experience in itself. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing night in the desert. Being able to look out at the desert landscape and the night sky from such a unique room made our stay truly special. The atmosphere in the camp was warm and welcoming. Common areas were cozy, and the evening by the fire with traditional tea and dinner was a perfect way to end the day. The food was tasty and plentiful, and the staff made sure everyone felt well taken care of. Overall, Sharah Luxury Camp is a place we would gladly come back to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Wadi Rum. The combination of excellent service, great atmosphere and the unique overnight stay in a Martian capsule made this an unforgettable experience.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent without being ostentatious. Very friendly management. Helped me rearrange tours after my initial plans fell through. Breakfast and dinners were enormous. A very enjoyable stay in every respect.

Really nice. Adjacent pick ups for wadi rum tours. It gave us everything we needed. (When driving to it from the road don't get stuck in the sand. We did and needed pushing out!!

We stayed in the Martian Domes which were so cozy and the views of the stars at night were amazing. The owner and staff made us all feel so welcome. The food was delicious and well prepared and amazzing choices. The most amazzing desert experience.

Tourist trap dont stay here.

Communication was non existent when I tried to organise tours in advance through them, as everyone recomends to do when visiting wadi rum. We were told you just do it when you get here, which we trusted would be ok. On arrival we were pushed into either 2hr or 4hr thats the option, no information on what we would see, which having done our research we knew what we should be taken to see. The 4 hour tour cost us 100JD (over 100GBP) only to be taken outside the wadi rum conservation area to other sites named the same thing and looked similar but were not the actual wadi rum sites in the conservation area, when we asked the person driving us around he just said this is wadi rum even when we showed him where we wanted to go, you were essentially just shuttled around to little tents where they tried to sell you things, which while it was still very pretty, was not in the wadi rum conservation area. Which for over 100GBP felt like a complete tourist trap, had we known this or they communicated, we would have booked a tour with someone else but all the advice for wadi rum is go with your accomodation. They also played a loud stereo system (not local instruments like a camp in petra we stayed at) until late into the night and the camp lights ruined the star gazing that you would expect, they of course offered again for a fee to take you somewhere to look at the sky! We paid for 2 nights but after all of this we left after 1 even though we paid for 2. They were not phased when we left

No volvería jamás ! Cogí la mejor de las habitaciones… no está mal del todo .. dejadez mosquitos … la cena la que en teoría la cocinan bajo tierra …. Estaba echa hace unos días … seca … quemada … un verdadero desasastre Cogí la excursión del jeep 2 horas … un engaño te dan una vuelta van muy despacio para no alejarse mucho … al final hicimos 1:30 de excursión…el desayuno muy flojo y el servicio pésimo … éramos 2 personas los camareros estando sentados fuera fumando sin hacer nada , nosotros desatendidos … buscar otro alojamiento POR FAVOR NO IR ES UNA VERDADERA ESTAFA

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, aber für uns wäre es ein Drittel des bezahlten Preises wert gewesen. Aber egal, sehr freundliches Personal, es war sauber und man kümmert sich dort um alle Belange. Es gibt Zeiten für warmes Wasser (sinnvoll in der Wüste), aber es wurde nicht wirklich warm - im Winter nicht so gut.

The place was good considrring it's new. The hot water in the shower was delayed you have to wait until it warms up. The restaurant was very convenient as we don't have to go out of the camp to look for dinner. O-day was very hospitable. The place was clean. Although we have problems with door locks that got stucked, one was able to get out. The other room we got has door problem, too. It wouldn't lock. However, the place was safe.

Loved my stay, the cabin/room was nice, warm and comfortable. I never did get hot water for a shower. The food was wonderful. Buffet dinner wonderful selections, salads soup and entrees. Cheesecake or fruit desert. Tea around the fire afterwards

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Overall we were disappointed with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was over priced at 15 JD per person which doesn’t include even a glass of water. Breakfast was left over dinner with boiled eggs which also didn’t included any drinks. Drinks were an additional 2 JD for a tea bag or soda. We were expecting activities in the evening. There was a puny fire in a giant fire pit. The majority of Jordanian people are very welcoming however this hotel staff were stingy merchants.
