Don’t book these hotel. It is outdated and staff doesn’t know what is customer services is. You will get to the hotel and they will ask you to pay and do PCR test at their facility. When they never disclose it before booking that they required their guest to show PCR test. and there isn’t any notice that says we required to Covid 19 PCR even at the facility. Asked for a manager And I was told managers don’t work on the weekends. Really? Stay away from this hotel. Breakfast sucks as well. You might want to throw up after when you taste it.

Clean, modern hotel with nice ameneties, good views, attractive property. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful enough. Only small minusses: the king sized bed was two twins pushed together and you could feel the bump in the middle. And we wished there had been a way to rent a movie, since we were not interested in local channels and did not bring our computers with us.

Great central location, clean modern rooms. Great views from rooftop restaurant bar. Decent breakfast & reasonably priced room service. Easy parking. Wifi works well in rooms. Reception staff speaks English, but is very inexperienced (students?), easily make mistakes. Standard rooms are very small. Hotel restaurant very popular as a local party venue, may cause noise problems especially during week-ends

Convenient choice in the city!
Lovely hotel. It was the perfect choice for me. Great location and nice amenities. They have a 24 hr lobby bar with decent prices and selection and two restaurants. Was a bit disappointed that the gym and sauna and all that are accessible for extra cost - it’s not much but because I don’t use them long enough the cost doesn’t justify it. Also, toiletries that were provided included only soap and shampoo so bring your own hair conditioner and lotion. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not as good as expected
The best thing about the hotel is its location, in the historical center of the city, close to the main sights. It also has its own parking. Better to reserve in advance. Our room was on the second floor with the windows facing the busy road along the embankment. Soundproof quality of the one-chamber window profile was very poor. Moreover, it was cold in the room, November cold wind could easily leak through this window. Small radiators were not enough to cover the size of the room. I worried about my two-year old child. Sound insulation of the room was close to zero. We could hear every sound coming from the neighbor room and the hall. The most annoying thing was very dirty carpet on the floor (it covered the whole room). We could see dust and dirt lifting and floating in the air when we were walking over the carpet. My child got white after playing on the floor! It was even worse under the bed. I had to creep there, trying to get my son’s toy. As a result, I woke up with allergy symptoms. The breakfast was not rich and varied, though enough. In my opinion all the listed drawbacks can hardly correspond to the Hotel class.

I am staying in this hotel already during 7 years and it is still one and only decent place in Vyborg where you can actually stay. Breakfast has not really improved, same style, same choice, edible at least. My choice is oat porridge and if you are lucky pancakes, best what you can get. Restaurant offers good meals as on ground so on top floor. Reception ladies are always friendly and helpful. If you are bored in Vyborg best how you can entertain yourself is to book spa center in the hotel, it is private and will make your day. It is the best what this hotel can offer you. You can order food and drinks directly there. Last time they did not have jaccuzi properly working but I hope they have already fixed it. So yeah, that is the Victoria in a nutshell. Enjoy your stay.
