"There was a party until 3 AM at the hotel with loud dance music. We were unable to sleep, which is very unfortunate when you just travelled eight hours and six time zones to get there. We talked about this with management and they did nothing."

The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund. "The place was pretty clean. Room was up very steep staircase and very basic. Access to comunal kitchen was nice. The window opened just a tiny bit and it was hot outside so the room was very warm. The bathroom had a weird, fishy smell to it. On the plus side - the bed was very comfortable."

"The room was clean and had good parking, I think it should say in the listing tho that the property does not have air conditioning, we were not expecting that when we arrived. And since there is not AC I think there should be a fan that guests can use. But other than that our stay was very great, it was a nice quiet neighborhood."

"I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off...

"A very nice stay in Silkeborg. Lovely helpful staff at check-in. Nice and spacious suite 9 in the old building. I wouldn’t choose a room in the main building which has the feeling still of an old hospital in the corridors.
