"-The room was beautiful and the hotel was close to the city so was able to walk to the places we wanted to go! -Some of the staff were kind and helpful, well others were unkind and rude due to my partner & I not being able to speak or understand German, so we’re spoken to in an unkind manner. - While my partner and I were eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant, we saw a live mouse moving around the dining area where guests were eating. This made the environment feel extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially in a place where food is being served. We informed a member of staff, who acknowledged that they are aware there are mice in the breakfast area. The only action mentioned was that mouse traps have been placed, and they were unsure where the mice are coming from. This was very concerning and significantly affected our experience. We would expect much higher hygiene standards in a hotel of this level and hope this issue is addressed urgently."

"My room was spacious. However, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows are horrible. I woke up with severe pain in my right shoulder and neck due to the pillow not giving support. Went to an urgent care and rhey gave me a pinched nerve diagnosis. The WiFi there is the worst I have ever experienced. My room was also street facing. There are several nighclubs across the street so the street noise was loud and I had to use ear plugs. Lastly, no housekeeping. Inwas jnformed I have to order it. Inwas not informed of this during check in. Would not recommend."

"Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception."

"The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. Overall, the facility was dirty and shabby - both rooms, elevator, etc. Overall impression was borderline disastrous, and anyhow the standard of a 4-star hotel was definitely not met. Beware the room damage scam/trap - we recommend taking a pic of your room to document the condition and avoid unfounded accusations!"

"Reception understaffed and slow. No heating controls in room, which was cold. Other guests sometimes noisy in the corridors and adjoining rooms. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
