"We did not have enough towels or toilet paper. The sheets were debatably clean with lots of static. We also could not find more than one outlet for electronics. The night we checked in the guy working was rude to an elderly, handicap couple, then was generally rude to me. In morning of checking out after requesting a later checkout, a maintenance man knocked on the door and repeatedly told us to check out before checkout at noon. He also proceeded to tell us, “I’ll tell the front desk not to rent to you guys ever again.” The woman working the front desk was very kind and apologetic so we appreciate her and her service."

"The carpet and drapes in the room were urine stained by previous dogs and need to be replaced. The property charges for dogs but don’t use the fee for repairs. I will not stay there ever again. "
