Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Overall the experience was pleasant and we would consider staying here again.

Well-located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam city, friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was pretty quiet overall considering how noisy the area can get outside, but felt quite cramped even with only one person and one suitcase. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away. Only issue was that it was a bit difficult to get an Uber/taxi pick up as it's on a one way street.

"Normally a pleasant time capsule in the woods but this visit I received no housekeeping for 4 days. I complained on day 2 and day 4 but just got offered to collect more towels. Never a manager or housekeeping available to discuss."
