Meryem is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making our stay memorable. Highly recommend!"

Upon arrival, the stuff was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile. The gym stuff was very helpful especially Tita who provided a great Pilates class. "We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."

"Very clean and scenic views"

"Unfortunately I can’t say this hotel matches its 5 star status. There were some positives: - the pool area is great, no fight for sunbeds at all but this may have been because it was September. - the beach area is also really nice and the seafood restaurant at night was absolutely fabulous - the room was cleaned everyday with no problems However, overall we were quite disappointed, especially with the food. The buffet doesn’t change much each day and my partner found that there was never really much meat on offer. I found the selection extremely beige with pasta, fried food, chips, and more carbs on offer every single night. There just wasn’t many appealing options at all. We actually resorted to eating out in Bodrum, which unfortunately was extremely expensive so be aware of high prices. To get to bodrum the hotel try to offer you a transfer of €50 return - do not take it. A yellow cab is 600 Lira / 13 euros. We were only staying for a week and you are only granted 1 meal at one of the restaurants in the hotel, which is a shame. The room was adequate but very worn and tired. There is no iron in the room (they charge extra to iron anything). In general, we did not find the staff friendly at all, and did not at all feel welcome throughout the hotel. The only staff member who was friendly was ayaz at the Starbucks cafe - he works extremely hard on his own. The drinks are also really inconsistent across all the bars. If you’re looking for a “wow” 5 star, this isn’t the one."
