One of our favourite hotels. We were in town for work and leisure and Ayres was awesome! Locations is convenient and the room was clean, and spacious! Great customer service from the front desk, to the housekeeping, and the omelette/breakfast lady! Definitely will only go here when in town!!!

Beautiful, clean property and mostly friendly staff. Unfortunately Sean the Assistant General Manager and Sherrina were not very friendly or hospitable. Apparently if you need to switch rooms and/or innocently complain about genuine noise issues to the night auditor you get kicked out and told that AirBNB might be a "better option." Now that doesn't seem like very hospitable, friendly or world class service to me??? And FYI, cokes are $4 each.

I cannot express how satisfied we were with the hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms to the amazing bartender (I believe his name was Jaylen - try his specialty cocktails!) to Carl, the GM (SO friendly and accommodating), we were extremely satisfied. We have multiple basketball tournaments in the area coming up and will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is around 3 years old. Its very beautiful. Feel safe. Spacious rooms. Nice choice of colors they used. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Love the bathtub. Willl definitely be back

Pro: Staff was very nice and welcoming. Made small talk & informed me of the hours for bfast, gym, check-out. Was helpful when I had an issue in my room. Hotel is very modern and clean. It's my first time experiencing included breakfast and I liked the juice, banana, waffles, and sausage! Hashbrown was mushy :( Coffee was also free in the lobby! Con: My biggest issue w this hotel is how many times the electricity in my room went out. I didnt see this come up w anyone so I wonder if it was something to be expected? Or something that just happened to me. The first night I stayed, lights went off & I asked the staff. He assisted and showed me how to turn everything back on (double click on the thermostat and click the light switch). He said the hotel's trying to be eco-friendly. Wish that was noted somewhere if I knew what an inconvenience it would be. An hour later, it went off again when I was comfortable in my bed with the tv on. Every light (including TV) went off and I had to inconveniently get up again. Same thing happened on the second day. This was incredibly annoying. Shower faucet was hard to turn. You have to turn so hard it was starting to come out of the wall a bit and I had to ask staff to help. Woke up 2 hrs early at 8am multiple times to someone (housekeeping?) constantly slamming the door on the deadbolt. More than 10 times. People are sleeping... Unfortunately I dont think I will return to any Ayres hotels after this experience :\

The property is less than 30 minutes from wild animal safari park. The property has been updated. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Check in staff was friendly. Walls are thin so get a room away from elevator.

I like how it is quiet and peaceful and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I was in the king bed suite this time, however, and the water pressure in the shower was very low this time. Other times, the pressure is great. All in all, I do love staying here! 5 stars!

This was one of my best experience staying in hotel in California. This is truly a 4 star hotel for US standards, it was very clean and everything looked up to date. It has microwave, mini fridge which most 4 or some 5 star hotels don't have.
