The room was clean and great view of the beach. There were no chairs on the balcony and the parking wasn’t convenient.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. With it being marathon weekend, they were super helpful providing details on road closures. The room was clean and spacious. Hyatt Place Virginia Beach / Oceanfront
Did not need to utilize business equipment, so can’t comment on it. Gym was functional, but small. I was the only one using the gym, so it was fine; but, if more than one person needed to use the weights, it would’ve been congested. Three people using weights may not have worked.
