"Experience was fair, would like to highlight: (1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim; (2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage; (3) Hotel was surrounded by construction; (4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety. "このホテルも他と同様、ロシア人だらけでした。ホテルズドットコムを経由して予約しました。ツアー客が多く、個人の予約管理に不慣れなのか、チェックイン時に、確認のため、ホテルズドットコムから私宛に送られてきたメールを、ホテル側に転送するようにと言われました。ホテルズドットコムから、そちらに連絡がいってないの？と聞くものの、あいまいな返答。 さらに、予約したサイズの部屋が空いていないと。この点は、よりグレードのいい部屋に変更してくれたので、ラッキーと言えばそうなのですが、先方のミスにも関わらず、「変更してあげるよ」という若干横柄な態度。こういった対応で、チェックイン早々、少し嫌な気分になりました。 部屋は高層階の角部屋で見晴らしがよかったです。 １階のプールは長さ10mほどでしょうか。小さいし、壁に囲まれ、あまり気持ちのいいスペースではないです。 朝食はバラエティーに富んで楽しめました。"
