"The room was clean but the view from window is dirty. The AC is strong but the bathroom fan doesn’t work. The pan was dirty and had oil in it when we arrived."

"The location was very convenient but the hotel didn’t really have a lot of amenities. The bathroom shower was small and no vanity space to use. The daily service on our room was great. My only complaint was the room stayed humid due to the hallways not being air conditioned. Overall nice hotel and great location"

"For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool area because there was no towels available in the area. They hastily agreed after explaining why we needed the extra , when I said thank you there was no pleasantries exchanged from the staff member. This is our favorite place to stay because its centralized, clean , and consistent. These type of interactions would cause us to no longer stay there. I can appreciate a bad day or being overwhelmed but we felt more of a bother than a guest during those instances. Everything else was awesome. The room was immaculate, the grounds were clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Vineyard Harbor hotel! It's a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Spencer even helped us carry our bags up the stairs! The rooms are cozy and clean, but with some wear and tear. Sitting by the beach (night and day) the proximity to town and transport during the day more than make up for some of the "rough spaces" and the friendly staff was wonderful. Highly recommend unless you are looking for more luxury and something brand new."

"Such a cute, quiet place! Room was clean and comfortable. Many places to sit and enjoy the view. Pool was well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Definitely dog friendly. Poop bag stations around the property and treats in the main office. Nestled on a residential street so very calm and serene. Will definitely come back!"

"Was looking for pet friendly on the beach for a long weekend on the Cape. I hadn’t been to SeaCrest in over a decade. Property was in great shape and looked like it was recently renovated. Fireplace studio was great with a view of Old Silver Beach. Beach service was quick and efficient. There were several events on the property and noise was never an issue. Meals were great. I wish the pizza place was open!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully wooded location of the Lambert‘s Cove Inn!!!! It is quain with smart and tastefully decorated interiors!! The Gardens are impeccable with amazing Wildflowers! The Staff is so friendly We were greeted by Kiley, Lauren and Bridget everyday and were always offered assistance. We were told about all the amenities on site including a fabulous pool and offered to make dinner reservations for the restaurant on property and local restaurants! This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We will definitely return!"
