8/10 Very good! (1 review)
The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.

8.4/10 Very good! (6,719 reviews)
The breakfast was great with many hot and cold options - however, for the best experience, get there early due to crowds. Our (2) Double bed room was small, but designed very efficiently. We used the desk for holding our luggage and that worked well. The front desk staff was helpful. We enjoyed the roof-top bar for late night snacks and drinks. The location was perfect and so close to Times Square. The only complaint I have is that the exterior windows were so dirty that it made our “landmark” view not even worth looking at. We really enjoyed our 7-day stay at this hotel.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,000 reviews)
"The hotel is in an excellent area near the 2 castles. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only reason a few 4 star comments is our door to the patio off our room was broken and would fall inward, when we closed it and locked it, it would stay closed just wasn't able to walk outside. The food was good ..."
