Very warm welcome, very helpful young lady at reception. The room (no.1) is in desperate need of refurbishment! The very thin vinyl floor is lifting everywhere, the cover hiding the radiator wires has come undone, there are wholes in the walls, the bathroom is extremely dated... however the bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. I guess you get what you pay for... Location is ideal for overnight stay as close and easy access to the motorway.

The rooms are old and in need of an update. We only had nets at the window, no curtains to stop the morning light. One of the bedside lights was not working. The website advertised at evening restaurant, this is now no longer open.

La chambre est propre mais demande un coup de frais, la propreté de la salle de bains et notamment des toilettes est très moyenne, un spray détartrant et un antirouille seraient les bienvenus. Séjour Médiocre à Villefranche s/ Saône

Les hôtels Campanile sont vieillots et ils auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, cependant c'était propre et la literie confortable. Concernant les services, nous sommes arrivés le 15 Août et il n'y avait qu'une seule personne pour gérer tout l'établissement, ce qui n'est pas concevable un jour pareil, le pauvre a tout fait pour nous être agréable et je m'en remercie. Le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner c'est pareil, 1 seule personne pour tout gérer, il s'est vite retrouvé déborder, du coup à 8h30 le buffet était quasiment vide et les gens n'étaient pas très content.... Donc pour conclure 1 nuit avec 2 petits déjeuners pour 118€ on peut s'attendre à beaucoup mieux.... A bon entendeur...

Première chambre avec lit défait Je passe environ 80 nuitées par ans en hotels mais ne viens plus chez campanile sauf quand je n'ai pas le choix, pour cause de petit déjeuner trop cher, quand on prend une tasse de café et un bout de pain. Proposez 2 types de petit déjeuner au tarif !

J'ai été très surprise samedi soir en revenant à l'hôtel que le ménage et le lit n'avaient pas été fait. J'en ai parlé dimanche matin en partant et d'après les dires des femmes de ménage elles n'ont pas fait le ménage car qq dormait. C'est faux car j'ai quitté la chambre vers 7h30 du matin le samedi et j'étais seule la nuit du vendredi au samedi
