Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. Good to have the green tea option too which is often missed. Room was comfortable - the only slight negativity was the air conditioning which did little to cool down the room but it was a minor thing. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it was on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent last minute choice!

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we were on our way home to the Cote d'Azur. Then to minimise a risk of noise due to some temporary work nearby that it was no problem to change. She even gave us the option to change back should we prefer twin beds. Similarly with offering us options of free or paid parking. So service was top notch! Room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel in general. This is certainly a hotel we would happily recommend and we will use in the future. Bravo!!!

Stay away - disgusting Management

Property did not check-me in for over an hour and a half, allthough I had pre-payed the room and had a valid reservation in the Hotels.com App. The receptionist was demanding from me to play twice for the room. The next day they started knocking on my door at 12:00 while I was exiting the shower saying I had to leave. Upon arrival at the reception some cocky manager showed up shouting at me saying they had not found any Reservation in their system up until 04:40, which was the time when they let me in, instead of excusing herself for THEIR mishandling. This property does not merit to carry the Best Western brand. Stay away!!!

Schönes Hotel in hübscher Stadt.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße. Gutes Frühstück. Es wurde immer sofort aufgeräumt und nachgelegt.
