Llegamos al hotel y nuestra reserva no estaba registrada. Tuvieron que llamar porque ellos no tienen la info aqui. Habitacion 25 del sector nuevo. No tiene telefono asi que las preguntas y servicio implicaba bajar a recepcion. Nada acogedor, recepcion tiene chimenea pero no la enciende! Y estaba frio todo el hotel. Lo peor, el agua sale casi fria! No se Paga un hotel de ese precio, con agua fria en la ducha!!! Desayuno de supermercado. Creo que para ser en el sur, deberia ser algo mas casero

Hotel más que regular..

Hotel antiguo, con instalaciones limpias, pero básicas. La atención es buena y amable, pero el hotel no es para lo q cobran. Más q hotel, es una pensión. El primer día, me tuve q duchar con agua fría y eso en Pucón es terrible, por la temperatura baja de esta. El último día, fueron temprano a golpear la puerta, porq pensaron q me había ido sin pagar, pero yo llegué tarde y no estuve nunca en el hotel, esto fue de muy mal gusto..

Excelente custo-benefício

Um bom hotel. Me hospedaria novamente. Excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã simples, porém suficiente. Deixa um pouco a desejar na acústica já que a estrutura é de madeira, porém não comprometeu o descanso. O banheiro do nosso quarto (nr 4) era bem pequeno - outros quartos tinham um banheiro maior. A água aquecida esfriou algumas vezes durante o banho - precisam resolver esse problema.

Gostei muito do hotel estavamos e 3 famílias e ficamos em 4 quarto. O café e servido apartir das 07:30 no horário deles mas para nós eles servirão as 06:00 muito prestativos. RECOMENDO.

Friendly hotel well located

Comfortable hotel with cosy bar and lounge areas a short walk from town centre. Staff allowed us to store baggage after checkout and to use lounge area as we had late evening bus departure. Wi fi didn't work very well in our room. Overall a pleasant stay.

Comfortable room with beautiful view

This hotel is just on the periphery of a lovely tourist town so is very convenient for accessing all the restaurants, shops, tours and other things Pucon has to offer like night life without being bothered by noise. A grocery is nearby. Breakfasts are good. Wifi irregular but superb most of the time for us. The volcano view was superb from our balcony so reserve early to get this cozy room with comfortable bed, refrigerator, and sofa. Lobby is set up for comfort with bar to make it a very comfortable home away from home.Johana the owner and other staff are lovely!

Great Place, I'd stay there again.

The hotel has an excellent staff. Very helpful. The Breakfast was very good and went far beyond your typical break and coffee. Fresh Fruit every morning and more.

Custo Beneficio não vale à pena

Não me hospedaria lá novamente. Fiquei em um quarto próximo ao estacionamento (muito barulho logo cedo) e o teto do quarto é de madeira, havia um casal no quarto de cima com 2 crianças que corriam pelo quarto até 1hora da manhã... conclusão: só foi possível dormir entre 1h da manhã até às 7h quando começou o barulho no estacionamento. A Dona do Hostal é simpática, porém um dos seus funcionários (não me lembro o nome, mas é o responsável por receber os hóspedes) foi super seco e antipático, ao me despedir dele ao sair do hotel sequer respondeu. Apesar de tudo o que aconteceu eu não reclamei, portanto não justifica a antipatia do rapaz conosco.

Hotel limpo é conveniente (sugestão p/ economizar)

Bom lugar para quem pretende economizar, uma vez que a hospedagem em Pucón é cara. O quarto é pequeno, sem frigobar, mas viável. Apesar do nome Hostal, os quartos (habitacion) são privativos com banheiro. O banheiro estava em perfeitas condições.
